People are missing the point with that whole seasoning bull. This is a chicken frying video, she tells you the part where you would season the chicken but doesn’t actually do a seasoning because she is demonstrating just the frying portion. There a thousand different seasoning videos out there from Lemmon pepper to a more sweet chipotle etc. that you can use according your taste, this is just the frying aspect.🤦🏻♂️. As soon as I saw it was a Caucasian woman teaching the video; I already knew she was gonna have her cooking dissed. Very sad times we’re in.

As a Korean guy, I would like my chickens to be dredged in cornstarch, garlic powder, ginger, and baking powder then deep fry that shit. While frying, make a sweet spicy sauce with Korean chili powder, Korean chili paste, soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, a little bit of water, and rice vinegar. After frying, cover the whole pile of chicken in that sauce. There you got Korean style fried chickens

You don’t wash chicken the heat kills the bacteria if you wash your chicken you are just spreading the bacteria on the surface of the meat around your kitchen which increases the possibility of salmonella poisoning although the change of contracting it is still low

You're not supposed to wash your chicken. The CDC said that washing chicken increases chances of splashing bacteria around your cooking environment, increasing risk of infection. Also any bacteria will be killed in the cooking process anyways
