Turkey loves you bro! "Urfa" refers to the Southeastern city of Urfa, where you can get Urfa peppers from. :) When you order kebabs in Turkey, like a skwered minced lamb kebab, you either order an "Urfa" Kebab, or an "Adana" Kebab. Urfa would be the mild one, whereas Adana is the spicier one. (Adana is another Southeastern city btw, where everything is spicy lol.)
