Marissa's Ceviche
1.2 kg prawn (devailed, chopped)
8-10 limes about 295ml of lime juice
1 lemons juice
let prawn sit in juice for 1 hour cover with plastic wrap, in the chiller. Mix 30mins
2 cucumbers (if small. peeled, chopped)
6 tomatoes reg size (chopped)
1 large red onion (finely chopped)
2 jalapenos (seeded, chopped)
2 bunches of cilantro
worcestershire sauce (to taste)
1 bottles of cholula
after prawn is pinkish may add all chopped veggies
*allow to rest for 1 more hour before in chiller*
4 avocados (sliced on top)
