i’m not sure if you figured this out by now, but the npc is the only one who actually uses a text to speech voice, while tangomangle is voiced by an actual person who goes by that roblox username

Macdonalds ending: You spawn in a dark room with the NPC then the NPC says macdonalds time so he takes you to macdonalds and you buy a big mac. You look at the employees room fill up with tangomangles and the cashier is there being given free chicken nuggets. the NPC pulls out a gun (yes he picked the gun up finally) and you pull out a sword then you fight the mangletangles to death and escape with your big macs
