In 1999, the Union Pacific Railroad refused to give us access to their property to cover due diligence for our client, who had an underground storage tank that leaked. The contamination clearly went on to the neighboring property. They refused access and assumed all liability. That's like saying we will never get in trouble. It's disgusting.

Most def, I’ve read some of his stuff over the years..he’s something of an urban legend amongst anyone who went to school for chemistry in WI. For a guy that dedicated entire chapters to “staying safe” and bashing the police and their tactics….he sure got comfortable and careless. We had the shad thyrion thing (google it if you haven’t heard/have a strong stomach) and uncle fester’s wild ride as walter white part 2 happen almost back to back, the news has been entertaining to say the least. Fester hired an attorney with a degree in chemistry and is basing his entire defense on the fact that the police “didn’t know what they were looking at”…so far one of his numerous charges has been dropped - posession of cocaine, the police mistook glorified table salt for cocaine so..judge threw that one out but they have him dead to rights on everything else…they had to act, he was getting way too bold and way too obvious. If anyone’s curious or wants to see more of this episode/a few more minutes of fester, including the initial steps he took before taking the route seen in this clip, the episode is called “a positive methamphetamine story” or something to that extent, fester takes up the 2nd half of the episode.
