I always wonder if mozzarella has a better flavor in their country? Here in the USA, it’s about the least flavorful cheese you can buy so I rarely use it except for pizza and even then I mix it with other more flavorful cheeses like Parmesan

Looks delicious! 😋 And the filming, editing and sense of humour are super! 👍😁 (The 'eggs in the bus' were delightful!) I'd certainly NEVER put sugar with eggs, though. No maple syrup either. Just some freshly ground black pepper before folding the bread. M 🦘🏏😎
