Perfect Breakfast! Cabbage Quesadilla!! Crispy Outside and Delicious Inside!!

It is quesadilla made with healthy and delicious cabbage. It is good for breakfast or as a snack.
You can change the ingredients inside according to your taste. It is also delicious served with ketchup or sriracha sauce.
Ingredient :
1. Cabbage
2. Eggs
3. Bacon
4. Tortillas
5. Parsley or Green onion
6. Mozzarella (or Other type of Cheese)
7. Salt, Pepper

I have a dairy allergy and even without the mozz I bet this would still be really tasty with just the egg, cabbage, and bacon. I'd need to use vegan margarine on the tortillas but still yum!
