Here in Italy, we call this a Calzone, and it can be fried or cooked in the oven. It's shape makes it easy to eat while walking around, so it's a really popular street food!

Here in Brazil we call this pastel. The fried version of Argentina empanada. Usually we stuff them with minced Meat and cheese.

That's not pizza, not meatballs... maybe an Italian "calzzone without cheese" or "mini calzzone" . With meat or cheese and fried it is "Pastel" as Guilherme said and baked it is "empanada". It's not dumpling. I'd never steam it around here. It's still delicious... since you're creating, name it. I love your videos and your sense of humor.

Excelent job! Here in Uruguay we call this "empanada (could be baked normally, or deep fried, rarely, nowdays) napolitana" (tomato sause, ham, cheese and olives). If it was with other fillings it would have different "last names"

말없이 진행을 하지만 즐거움이 두세배가 되네요. 반죽으로 장난 하듯 케릭터를 만드는게 귀엽고 웃음을 주네요. 30년쯔음 저도 한.일.양.중식과 제과 제빵을 가정요리를 가르켰었는데. 그때를 회상하며 봅니다. 중학생이던 아들이 40대이니까 세월이 참 많이도 흘렀네요. 자알 보았습니다.

In New Jersey, USA we call these Panzarotti. It can be interchanged with Calzone, but I always thought of a calzone as filled with ricotta, and dipped in pizza sauce There's also stromboli, but that's rolled up pizza dough around the ingredients, like a sandwich wrap.
