Instead of flour dumpling wrappers, I used delicious cabbage to make dumplings. You can change the ingredients of dumpling fillings to what you like.
Ingredient :
1. Cabbage
2. Tofu
3. Chicken breast (you can change it to spam, bacon sausage, etc.)
4. Green onion
5. Chili pepper
6. Flour
7. Seasoning for fillings: Cookingg wine(mirin), garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, salt, pepper
8. Egg
* When using seasoned ham, such as spam, bacon, or sausage instead of chicken breast, you can simply season the fillings with soy sauce and oyster sauce.
You can choose to add salt, pepper or garlic according to your taste.
* Fillings are pre-cooked, so if you don't add raw egg, you can simply wrap them in blanched cabbage and enjoy them in a healthy and simple way.
* You can omit the flour coating and cook the cabbage dumplings as they are in a pan.
* At the end, I added plenty of sauce to show you the alternative sauce options but it's delicious even without the sauce. It is very good for diet and health if you eat it with minimal sauce.
