I’m not Mexican I’m salvadorina and white but my husband is but we love lengua gorditas and green pork rinds chicharrón in green sauce gorditas there so good but this recipe looks bomb to mami I also thought it was cute how you added your son to try you food in the taste test do that more often such cute mother and son moment 😍💓😌 I can’t wait to have my kids to do that with soon

just a little life hack I learned not to long ago that I want to share with you and anyone else who reads this. put crema (sour cream) in a plastic bag or ziploc, make a small whole in the bottom corner & then just squish out the amount of crema you want on your food. (You save more, it's easier to manage, and you get to taste some crema on every bite)

I made the gorditas they were ok I added more flavor in the chili sauce but they were so good I made them on the comale. Very good I will be making them again. I served it my homemade curtido. Thank you for your recipes. Delicioso

My favorite stuffing is re fried beans with lard, and salsa made with roasted chiles And ground up with some C ILA NTRO and garlic and some onion. You know on the hot side. Top it was some cheese and all my gosh Yum yum
