1 Tomato with 3 eggs! Quick breakfast in 5 minutes. Super easy and delicious omelet recipe
Ingredients and recipe:
3 eggs
salt
Black pepper
Crushed red pepper
Mix well
100g green onion
Chop
Add to the egg
Mix well
Medium-low heat
1tbsp unsalted butter
1 tomato
Slice
Place the tomato slices in the pan
Pour the egg in the pan
Mozzarella cheese
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Done!

I often do this but add a handful of spinach to the pan as well. It is a meal that keeps me going for most of the day.

that looks so good. I do get very creative with eggs especially when I scramble them and frequently put turmeric in them. Of course I love black pepper and I’ll throw spices in scrambled eggs to but I don’t really put salt and eggs. Don’t think you need to you can do a lot of nice recipes even avoiding the butter but I always put olive oil as a base and I leave out salt by black pepper is always a must the rest is up to you.

Wow this has become my favourite omlete recipe, I sometimes also add other vegetables such as onions, and pepper, and ham which I start in the pan beforehand and it tastes so good

По всему миру одни и теже помидоры с белыми прожилками, у таких помидор нет вкуса, они хороши для торговли, а не для еды людям, безвкусные. Весь мир наверное не кушал вкусных помидор, вкусные с запахом помидора и сочные без белых прожилок ели люди живущие в СССР, там все продукты были для людей, а не торговли.

Los huevos rancheros o como le decimos en Venezuela: Perico, es un revoltillo de cebolla, tomate, huevo ,sal y algo de cilantro. Es también muy delicioso. Y no necesita queso.

I can't think of anyone who doesn't like this recipe. Thanks. I make breakfast for my younger sisters every morning before I am off. They can be mighty snarly in the morning, but not after they eat this dish, toast, bacon, and orange juice. Off to a private academy, they go. I pack their lunches, too, with croque madam, fruit, blended orange juice, and a small amount of dessert that I prepare at night. Blueberry mousse. Nothing is too good for them. Mison Plas is important. They don't want to eat what the fancy town academy provides. Our parents are gone, so I raise them with a nanny. I can't be home every time on time. I am 25. The judge allowed me to take custody. Now I make sure of everything for them. 14-17-and 19.

Yo hago unas tortillas de patatas, con sin cebolla, que la gente las prefiere a la pizza con mucha diferencia. Lo del vídeo me parece una versión simplificada de mis tortillas.😁👍🇪🇸
