Ingredients:
Maida / Plain Flour - ¾ cup / 100g
Shakkar / Cheeni - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Baking powder - ¾ tsp
Baking soda / Meetha Khane ka Soda- ¼ tsp or 2 chutki
Dahi - Atta Guthne ke lie
Oil - 2 tsp
Sukha Maida / Sukha Makai ka Atta - belne ke lie
Namak - 250g (baking karne ke lie)
Butter / Oil - 1 tbsp (plate aur base me lagane ke lie)
Pizza Sauce - 1 tsp
Chilli Sauce - 1 tsp
Schezwan Sauce - 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce - 1 tsp
Amul Mozarella Cheese + Cheddar Cheese = 50g total
Topping - apki choice pyaaz, shimla mirch, olives etc :)
Pizza Herbs - serving ke lie :)

My base does not expand at all. Just to make sure that baking powder and soda measurements are in tea spoons and not in table spoons? Exactly how much yogurt spoons you used? My dough becomes way too sticky with 4 tablespoons

Eat to live. Cheeses are made from rennets which are extracted from calves stomaches. Choose properly. Don't harm or kill cows,ox,buffalos etc for your taste. They are like mothers and fathers .would you kill the mother who feeds you more than your mother? Infact they gives us,sometimes more than their calfs. Pls don't exploit them,dont kill them. Without mother cows and buffalos there won't be milk, curd, (yogurt) , cheeses, cream, butter, ghee(clarified butter), etc. We can't imagine life without them. For some people, who would say "I'm vegan idc". Veganism main philosophy is to decrease animal violence. So that's main thing here too.

Didnt watch the video, followed rhe recipe in description box. With curd added some creamy milk, instead of oil added ghee.. Came out perfectly . yummy pizza on tawa.. No smell of ghee or sourness of curd

Yes, it was very tasty and unlike dominos, corners were not hard at all...I baked it in oven at 200degree for 15 mins and since I didn’t hv cheese spread so I put cheese slices and dat too worked well
