Pankaj Chandra, every community has a different style of cooking e. g. Mutton Rogan Josh of Kashmir is cooked with a different method by Kashmiri Pandits and Muslims. The dish is not having "religious name" but the style of making during eid of Muslims is different; so the name. Payasam made by Tamilians and by Keralites are totally different, so the names! Sir, pl. get over your "Islamo-phobia.

Hey, we have tried this recipe so far twice and this is the best biryani I ever ate. Kind of surprised we can make the best one with our own hands and not from a restaurant. Madam, aapki recipe bahot behtarin hai. Khaskhas aur til mere liye nayi thi. Mai meri umr ke 24 saal se biryani bana raha hu. Rang aur mutton ke tukde ko dekhke samajh ata hai ki kis swaad ki biryani bani hogi. Mai jaroor aapke kahe mutabiq banake dekhunga. Shukriya.
