I have made this recipe 3 times till date and everyone in my family just loves it! So easy delicious and versatile , i used it to make seekh kebabs (both fried and barbequed) and to make burger patty. It's always turns out very juicy and tasty! And when fried, it doesn't absorb oil at all. 💯 Thank you very much for sharing it.
