ingredients:-
1 cup poha
2 potatoes
salt to taste
2 onion
fresh coriander
1 tsp chop ginger
1 tsp chop green chilli
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 cup corn flakes/bread crumbs
1 tsp roasted cumin powder 1
1 tsp dry mango powder/chat masala
2 tsp corn flour/gram flour
3 tsp all purpose flour

If you don’t have corn flakes or bread you can use crushed kurkure of any flavour or flaming corn Cheeto s coarsely grind it before using. Nice simple recipe and the quantity is good too .

Bhaiya kya hum koi bhi cutlets banate samay maide ki coating ki jagah corn flour aur besan use kar sakte hai? Mere bachho ko Ghehu, Maida ki allergy hai. Aur corn flakes jo kachhe makki market me milte hai woh use kar sakte hai?
