ingredients:-
.300 gm black chana
3 green chilli
7-8 garlic cloves
fresh coriander
salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 piece ginger
3 onion
2 Tomato
4-5 kashmiri mirch whole
3-4 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
whole spices
1/2 tsp carom seeds
1 tbsp chop garlic
1 pinch asafoetida
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp degi mirch powder
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
1 pinch garam masala powder
chop coriander
