ingredients:-
4 kg mutton
2 kg onion
.600 ml oil
whole spices
.200 gm ginger garlic paste
.400 gm curd
salt to taste
4 spoon kashmiri mirch powder
3 spoon coriander powder
1 spoon cumin powder
1 spoon garam masala powder
.500 gm tomato
15 cloves garlic
1/2 spoon turmeric powder

Very long back I had eater this mutton in Sofitel Surya. In spain you dont get mutton like in different part you need to buy Half of the part of the lamb or whole lamb. I need to buy and divide myself. Hopefully I ll prepare when I have party at home with my spanish friends. Love you Ashok you are amazing!!

If you want to make a delicious lamb, plz dont add water at all ( cook your dish on a very slow flame as normal with all the ingridents which goes in the lamb) than your dish will be on the ultimate level ...in the end sprinkle chatt masala, fresh corinder, garam massala ginger jullions and kasuri methi little bit...than see the scrumptious taste of your dish. In the end TARKA WITH GARLIC.. WILL TAKE YOU ON HEAVENLY ABODE. .MUCH MUCH BETTER THAN ALL THESE RESTAURANTS AND YOU TUBERS AND THE REST.

I agree, as mutton has its own water. Adding additional water ruins it. Instead let the curd become ghee and if needed add sprinkles of water, or add some more desi ghee. That mutton is something else. 100% agree
