works great. i love that it has stainless steal pot inside kzfaq.infoUgkxG-7WiT7ocumjytOpHDFt632PL0pxXRAg and not the one with coating. we used to have a coated pot before, and the coating slowly peels, and i am sure went into the food that we cooked. Absolutely love stainless steel, and will not use a coated product again.This pot has many settings and many buttons, and i need to sit down with a manual to figure out which setting to use. I used the basic functions, and even though i am not technologically skilled, i turned it on and assembled it without any help.Very satisfied with this product overall.

I made exactly half of this recipe! came out great! Chicken 500 grams (we used organic drumsticks... about 5 drumsticks, cut it with knife like shown in video) Marinade: for 30 mins in fridge first I added the following to the curd and mixed it well, once chicken was dry after 5 mins I added it to curd mixture Curd 75 gm Turmeric powder .75 tsp Red Chilli powder 1 tsp Coriander Powder .75 tsp Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp Salt to taste 1 heaping tsp Mustard Oil 150 ml -- i used vegetable oil... 2.5 table spoon only! came out great! test oil hot enough by adding a seed of cumin and make sure it sizzles Bay Leaf 1 Big Cardamom 1 Green Cardamom 2 Cinnamon stick 1 Cloves 3 Cumin Seeds 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Whole 6 Onions (fine chop) 150 gm Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp Tomatoes (blended) 100gm Kashmiri Chilli powder 1 tap Haldi 1/4 tsp Coriander Stump Chop 1 tsp I did add hot water as advised! during 7 minutes of pressure cooking (I got 4 whistles i think) Green Coriander Garam Masala Powder 1/4 tsp

Try washing chicken and fish with slices of lemon and salt. If no lemon, then a splash of vinegar. Great recipes.

Sir, Just tried it in the exact way you showed and guess what it turned out better than expected. My mom was praising me it's really that good. Tender, Tempting texture and beautiful kushboo. Thank you so much I'm gonna make this every sunday from now on. Small note to people who are going to try it : Make sure you use correct amount of curd during the marination and pour sufficient enough oil otherwise the masala will stick on the pan surface while you cook them closed also pay attention to your flame level.
