Love this idea. Mango's are so good but they're not cheap here, and you get such a low yield. I buy frozen bags. Someone has already done the hard part. I'm thinking kiwi might be good. Still scooping, but no seed. Maybe strawberry mango. You could do like a parfait and layer flavors, or use a toothpick to make a swirl. If it wasn't almost midnight I could make popsicles!
