Today I am going to share special degi Danedar beef Korma Recipe.
Ingridents :
Yogurt : 1.5 Kg
Cooking Oil : Half Liter
Mix It very well for 5 Minute
Spices for 4 kg :
Coriander Seeds Powder : 4 to 5 Tablespoon
Red Chili Powder : 4 Tablespoon
Turmeric powder : 2 Tablespoon
Salt : 3 to 4 Tablespoon or As Per your taste
Clove : 12 to 15
Green Cardamom : 12 to 15
Ginger and garlic paste : 5 Tablespoon
Now Add all spices in a Deg
Add Beef : 4 Kg
Turn On Flame and cook on high flame for 4 to 5 minutes then cook on low flame until meat tender. it will take almost 1.5 hour to tender
After 1.5 Hour now we will Add
Fried Onion : 70 Gram
Then Mix it very well for 10 to 12 minute on high flame then our Recipe will be ready.
