Well here it is for you guys! Finally sharing my recipe for Belizean Coconut Tarts. This has been a very highly requested video. Hope you enjoy!

👩🏻🍳 BELIZEAN COCONUT TARTS
DOUGH
5 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 egg yolk
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
4 teaspoons water
FILLING
1 ½ cups flaked unsweetened coconut
½ cup water
1 egg white
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
½ tablespoon butter
Pinch of salt
Cook filling for 8 minutes stirring constantly over medium heat.
*Bake coconut tarts at 350F or 177C for 30 minutes. Cool completely before removing from tins.
