I even tried some dishes that wasn't my forte. I tried them anyway. I always hated fish , till he showed me. Sand I miss that guy. The last couple videos I could tell he was very sick. I know he had heart issues. He breathing was so labored. It bracket my heart. His beautiful daughters are his trophies in this world. He was a big hearted man. God, I'm going to miss him. Neal

That sauce could go on a shoe and I'd try it. Speaking of chicken livers, put several on a stick, salt and pepper, basted lightly w/a good soy sauce over coals. so good!

My grandmother who was a professional cook in San Francisco in the 60s and 70 s always said the best recipe and meal in the world is just a beautiful roasted chicken 🇺🇸

Really enjoy all His teaching and inspiring words. It was very heart warming to see how they involve the kids with special needs and you can see they really enjoy being able to create and participate in the cooking. Daddy Jack seemed like a Real One!I would have loved to meet him face to face. Maybe one day.Prayers for His family during the Holidays. I lost my Ma a few years back and these times are tough for everyone. Happy Holidays to all.Also let's pray for the ones suffering with addiction and other mental disorders. Fentanyle is killing alot of beautiful children and adults. We buried my son 2 weeks ago due to Fentanyle overdose. It is no joke people.

I just learned about daddy jack I don't know him but I wish I did. All the videos that I saw I learned somethings from him, I wish that I saw his videos when he was alive. But I like him so much. 1 episode of jack a day keeps bad vibes away. RIP, im sad i just found out about this man like recently. ilive not too far from Danbury CT in Putnam County NY, basically got so into this channel i had to research who he was and what happened. my heart goes out to the family, i will always watch jack and put this channel on to other people that would appreciate it.

Jack was a great chef and I have learned a ton from watching him cook. I love how he shoots from the hip sometimes. It leaves room for home cooks to imagine what they would do differently. That said, most of the time, I wouldn't change a thing! Other than the flame-thrower heat, simply because I can't think and cook that fast.

Hey Jack. Greetings from the UK! Love the videos! You use your blackened seasoning in a lot of dishes- do you mix it yourself? It’s not readily available here but we do get generic Cajun seasoning mixes. Is this similar? And if it’s not a trade secret, I’d love to know what’s in it so I can mix my own. Keep up the good work and take care!
