* Black Peppercorns काली मिर्च - 4
* Cumin seeds जीरा - 1 tsp
* Chopped Onion बारीक़ कटा प्याज़ - 1
* Ginger And Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
* Asafoetida हींग - 1/4 tsp
* Sillited Green chilli - 4 to 5
* Chopped Tomato बारीक़ कटा टमाटर - 2
* Chopped Potato आलू - 1
* Chopped Carrot गाजर - 1
* French beans - 1/2 cup
* Green peas हरी मटर - 1/2 cup

* Turmeric हल्दी - 1/4 tsp

Tried it as a 17yr old, since I was home alone for a bit i thought to surprise my family. Made this and it was literally the bestest meal aaj tak mere hatho se bana. My family loved it and the cooker was mast saaf thodi derr mein hi! Just follow all the steps patiently it'll turn out perfect! Also I am coming here for the second time and will be making this again tonight 😋

Masala Veg. Pulao..... The tips and tricks in the process of quick and easy recepes employed by you are unique. Like wise all your demos and explainations are so easily understood by us. Hat's off to you. I prepared this dish yesterday ie 24/09/22 and followed your demo ditto and I tell you, as you promised this Pulao was very delicious and fantastic. Everyone in my family enjoyed it thoroughly. The tips really enhanced the taste to next higher level. We whole heartedly enjoyed our Pulao. Thank you Parulji for sharing such wonderful recepes.👌👌👌🙏🌹
