Check out the original version. It's way different. I love this version so much more but I was pretty surprised how different the OG was. For one it's a guy singing. Lots of interesting processing effects from Blood Cultures on this one.

This makes me feel some type of way, especially since im hearing this in 2020. It reminds me of summer as a kid. ive never heard of you, blood cultures. nor have i ever heard of cool company. thanks to this song coming across me on Spotify, ill be a fan for quite some time. i know artists love delving into new styles and sounds but you should never lose this here. this song is like if you had the absolute best of MGMT, Passion Pit, and Empire of the Sun, and a tiny bit of kendrick lamar. (because the parts where he says "you know how it be with a bad bitch thats a habit, thats a thats a habit" sounds like kendrick the way you edited it) knocked this one out of the park cant wait to see the rest of your discography
