The “clean your ears” thing, is actually true, use Hydrogen Peroxide, it works! No burning at all (unless you’ve recently popped a pimple, zit, or any tears in the skin have been made) it’s actually quite ticklish. My grandmother did it to me ever since I was 4, really helps, rarely have anything in my ears, or any acne is my ears!

I have a daith piercing and honestly, it didn't seem to do a whole lot for my migraines. It also didn't hurt at all, but I have a ridiculously high pain tolerance. I want to get my other ear done.. I've heard sometimes you need to have both sides pierced for it to really help. 🤷‍♀️

With the ear thing, that’s what my mom would do when I had swimmers ear except we’d water down the peroxide. It also works with cleaning out wax as long as the wax is soft. I’d don’t think it does any damage, it’s better than flushing them at the doctors (I’ve had that a lot) and it doesn’t hurt after, it’s safe. At least from my expirences (I’ve had a nurse put some hydrogen peroxide in with water one time she flushed it so I don’t think it would be an issue-)

6:55 the daith piercing does not "stop" migraines. It's more placebo effect than effective. If you believe it works, then your body will create the symptoms of it's effectiveness. There is a pressure point in that general area of your ear, that if hit precisely and 100% exactly with this piercing (which rarely happens, at least on purpose) can be known to help migraines. But most acupuncturists are now discovering the exact positions most often pierced for daith piercings are actually on top of pressure points connected to your digestive system anyways. Some people it works for, but the majority it does not. If it stopped migraines, that lady would not have had a migraine the night after getting it done :P By the way, the piercing you were referring to at first (the tiny semi-circular flap of cartilage and skin over your ear canal) is called a tragus piercing, and they're really pretty! The hydrogen peroxide one doesn’t hurt and only feels a bit odd. Since your ear leads to your nose it can help clear stuffy and runny noses! I would recommend you to do it 2 times a day if you have a stuffy or runny nose

No, his is how you properly clean your ears. Hydrin peroxide MIXED with WATER then clean it out with a cotton ball after there is no bubbles It tickles and I really like hearing the bubbles in my ears.

Story time, my mom used to use hydrogen peroxide to clean my ears too. Different technique though. My mom put some on a cotton ball and then put the cotton ball in my ear it set overnight. Isn’t he morning I would take it out and my ears were clean. Yes you can get a cotton ball stuck in you ear, but as long as you don’t compact it in, it should be fine!

Hydrogen peroxide works! I’ve been doing it for YEARS and I’m fine! My mom did it when I was younger and i’ve been doing it ever since. It feels bubbly and you WILL want to itch it. But the more bubbly it is, the more wax is loosening up. Definitely try it but buy the right stuff :)

Whenever I get water stuck in my ear from swimming, my mom puts a mix of hydrogen peroxide and rubbing alcohol and oours it in my ear. Its only a little more than a caps worth
