I spent time there, mostly on the Davie Border near Whole Foods and a guest house. When I still had the option of renting, I noticed that area has everything you need. I considered it but had a bad experience with the guest house I was in. Be careful... if you think your things are safe in a locked space... in a shared space. I wish I'd had more of a chance to look around because like now, I have to spend my days looking for work and live-work now. The flights from the FL AP fly right over, if you're concerned about pollution and sensitivities.

It’s not cool anymore, it was in the 90’s. Plantation, FL has been a nightmare since around 2022

Naples is on the golf. It’s beautiful and has great restaurants but it’s different then the southeast region. Different cultures, food and age groups
