Big mistake , I did the same mate fan shattered on the motorway and fucked my piston . Got hot all the time and nipping up , bloody Dave Webster

The other fan did look a bit awkward for anything flowing by it, air or water. Whoever designed it should try a different trade.

I expect the second cylinder will be prone to failure , water cooling would solve the problem.
