I am by no means a fan or defending most of what he did, but, he did basically say he did not like white shoes, then they showed him basically 9 pairs of all white or mostly white shoes in a row. In all fairness. Literally the first ones that were not white, he said yes to. Could he have done it with more tact? Certainly. You should not insult the products of a store that is making you their guest. You would never catch me doing that.
