I am inspiring to your explanation sir. Thank you so much for your explanation. Answer: Direct Antiglobulin test. Reason: To detect the presence or absence of a Red blood cell lysis. Observation: Positive result: Agglutination present Negative result; No Agglutination.

Antigen has to attach to RBC to cause hemolysis. So it is found on the RBC. Direct Coomb's rest is used to rest for antigens on RBC surface.
