Derby Days is back with a bang as we take the entire series to Spain to discover the incredibly unique rivalries that make up this obsessed football nation! For the big finale, we have left the biggest and best to last, the Seville Derby, the fixture everyone in Spain considers the most heated rivalry in the entire country! But even we couldn’t have prepared ourselves for what we come up against as one of the most historic results in the derby’s history played out! Watch to see what happened…

As a Sevilla fan, it's great to see the best derby in the world getting some exposure, although I do have one bone to pick. When you say the derby is unchanged, that is untrue, the derby has been far less violent and fiery since the death of young Sevilla player Antonio Puerta (R.I.P). His death brought the clubs and the city together and since then the derby has been closer to just spirited competition without the violent antics (e.g. the water bottle, the bulls horns)... even del Nido and Lopera hugged it out! Otherwise, like always, this is a fantastic video (despite the result of the game you went to...it still stings), i'm very much looking forward to the next iteration of Derby Days, keep up the amazing work!

I was actually living in Sevilla at the time of this match and all I can say is that this was one of the most intense atmospheres I've ever experienced. In my mind, Betis is still the biggest club in the south of Spain with the most fans. However, Sevilla is the bigger team in terms of results over the past couple of years for sure. All in all, it really was an amazing experience to witness firsthand how passionate this derby really is. I didn't manage to get tickets for it but even watching it in a local bar was absolutely brilliant. Definitely planning on going back there with some tickets in my pocket.

El club más grande del sur de España es el Sevilla FC, con 14 títulos oficiales por 4 del Betis. El Betis tiene más simpatizantes fuera de Sevilla, porque la gente simpatiza con el inferior. En el resto de Andalucía se odia al Sevilla, por envidia, por ver que es un club inalcanzable para ellos. Pero en la ciudad de Sevilla gana el Sevilla. Y el Sevilla es superior al Betis en resultados SIEMPRE, no solamente en los últimos años. Ahí están las estadísticas, que demuestran que el derbi sevillano está totalmente desequilibrado a favor del Sevilla. Ante esta gran superioridad, los béticos se han inventado lo de que son muchos y especiales, cuando realmente son como cualquier hinchada, eso sí, especialmente inútiles, porque si fuera verdad eso que dicen de que son tantos, habría que contestarles que nunca tantos consiguieron tan poco.

in 2011 i was in Seville for 21 days . It was the most exciting journey in my life i was 17 years i watched 2 matched in one day Betis 1:1 Celta on 2nd divizion and the night Seville 3:1 Zaragoza What a pitty ! I was at the derby at the Pizjuan in 2019. It was utterly mental. My team in Spain is Racing (because I lived in Santader, although I have a huge soft spot for Gijon), so I should support the team wearing green, but the Sevilla fans were so lovely I had to side with them. Betis supporters were a bit, dunno, Millwally. I got into the city about four days before the match and the tension was already noticeable. I saw no trouble, and it didn't feel like there would be any. Just complete bedlam.

This is one of the best series on KZfaq Eli. You just keep improving and this was just a joy to watch. As a suggestion I would look at Poland there are derbys like Cracovia and Wisla Krakow or go to Germany Cologne vs Leverkusen or BvB vs die Blauen.

these have been amazing. love seeing the spainish passion and learning things you only learn from visiting these places. UPNEXT if nurnberg bottle it and dont get promoted this season you need to go see the FRANKENDERBY. The most played german derby of all time. been played 264 times! Over the last 10 matches since furth went up to the bundesliga for the first time nurnberg have only won twice. furth have won seven and there have been two draws. this all for the "smaller" club. i went last season and the passion and tifos and hate is amazing levels. sadly when i lived in furth in the early 90s there were no derby matches as they were in different levels. The old history of this derby is amazing. from the german national team composing of only players from these two clubs and having to be seperated into different train cars while traveling to this season furth being in the relegation zone and nurnberg on top of the table and furth came away the victors! PLEASE DO A DERBY DAYS on the FRANKENDERBY if you can next season!

So gutted derby days is over. This has been turly unbelievable! I'd love to see an updated derby days in England and hear about the histories of English derbies however the pre-match excitement isn't the same, there is no flares and shit like that so maybe England isn't the best idea. Yeah, it was a great game. If both will stay in Serie B next season it would be nice if Copa 90 will realize a video about it. And if Lecce will be promoted...oh well nothing else to say :D.

I really hope you will do a Derby Days season in Italy. You already did Derby Days in Milan and Rome but I didn't like how the videos were structured, Derby Days - Spain videos are way better in terms of structure, so maybe you can redo them. Plus, there are some really interesting derbies. The derby of Genova, which is the most beautiful derby in Italy at the moment, the derby of Turin, the oldest derby in Italy full of story and "The strangest derby" aka the derby of Verona between Hellas Verona and ChievoVerona.

If LaLiga had the same marketing skills of the Premier League, this derby would be the biggest in Europe. I know this sounds odd, but I love both clubs because I love Sevilla the city and it's difficult to choose between these two clubs if you did not grow up in the city. I love Joaquin, and I love Kanoute, Navas, Reyes. I was lucky enough to see them all playing.
