Join me as we take you on a Copacabana apartment tour (Pattaya Jomtien Beach). We are staying in this luxury high rise apartment building for 2 months. We rented it on AirBnb and paid $1700 a month. It is located right next Jomtien Night Market and directly across the street from Jomtien Beach. The Riviera Ocean Drive is behind the Copacabana.

Never pay more than 500 a month in Thailand or your going to cause inflation , please research normal prices; don’t want Thailand getting ruined like so much of the world, I mean research the average pay per month for most Thai locals , thank you .

I agree. That price is outrageous for Pattaya. Other places I have seen are about 300 dollars on a month to month - something almost similar to this one. Check for video by Good Vibration on a luxury condo about 350 a month for a month to month, might be little bit away from the beach but super affordable. On a yearly lease that was also 250 a month :) Thanks.

Verified its 501 USD per month with a year lease for the small size in 2024:) Heavy security presence 24/7 and completely restricted access by foot or car onto the property!

??? My wife and I are looking to go to SE Asia in the Fall. She is coming off having both knees replaced this winter and fall. So we want to hunker down in a relaxing area where she has access to a pool, massages and great street food. Our four choices are KL, Penang, Bangkok and Jomtien. This condo looks great and we would stay about six weeks. Where out of these four areas would you lean towards for recovery and rebuilding walking strength. We will make the trip five months after her last surgery. Thanks!!!!

Thanks Allie for a wonderful video which answered all my questions except two. Do the water and electricity costs for the rental units come with the rent and how about cable and internet service are they included as well?

We can stand pretty easily in them, I would guess 4-5 feet.

What is the temperature of the pool water? Are any of the pools heated?

Pools are heated by the sun. The temp is posted twice a day by the pool tech. At least one pool, often all of them, we’re warm enough to swim in comfortably.

If you stay long term you can get this condo for 500-$750 a month.. must be a year lease tho

That is much more reasonable than $1700, which sounds like a total rip off. Usually monthly is only around 20-40% more expensive, not 300%.

Ive been looking into pricing and verified by three people living there it is currently $501.00 USD with a minimum of one year lease for the small size! Keep in mind this property is completely secure, requires a physical passport to enter the property, security staff of over 30 uniformed guards, secured parking , restricted gated entrances with guards, all first level entry points require a key card or code. No visitors without the sponsor present at all. From a safe perspective its like Fort Knox im told!

@@michaelsmith9308 I would not want to live anywhere that requires me to always carry my actual passport. Calling a condo security like fort knox is definitely not the sort of place I would want to live. That is going way too far. Especially in a super safe place like Pattaya. The foreign tourists staying in these places cause more problems than the locals.
