can you do a lineart tutorial? your lineart is so clean and nice, whenever I do digital line art it never looks as good same with traditional. unless you already did that :D

Wow! I love the illustration. I never thought of working with markers like this. As far as I understood, it's like using markers like watercolors, but with alcohol to keep the surface of the paper wet, right? I really enjoyed the tutorial, I'm looking foward to the next one!

Yes, it has the same thought behind it, but with the alcohol the marker behaves a bit different, so it's not 1 to 1 like watercolor :)

My highlighting copic ran out half way through drawing my character's abs. So i had to kinda overuse my shadow tone to make the base tone look lighter. Turned out pretty good

oli mueller it is the typical way to go and usually safer, but using the blender you can go the other way a little bit

I really like the idea of doing lineart digitally and printing it out because its so demotivating when the inking gets smudged or smeared >:( I'm definitely trying this out next time I want to use my markers.

Nice to see an artist using ethnic color skin 4 once, my gods Me and my family comes in EVERY color pigment known to man except white >< and copic markers have a TONE of ethnic color selections. I only HATE that you don't find a lot of tutorial videos that host the spectrum of ethnic skin color verities, its always the same. X.X I'll never get it. OH also for the record, traditional artist slay!! I love that it's not digital, that its real art and worth buying then those that steal "computer art" Thats right I said it and where anyone can easily still it, print it off and sell it at anime conventions. Seen it was a buyer. Same with the manga dept. Nothing beats real.

Hey Laovaan, I was recently contemplating getting some copic markers. I realized in most of your videos you use Caio markers instead of the commonly preferred sketch markers which leads me to my question: why do you use Caio markers over sketch
