As I own both copic and ohuhu I think ohuhu has been the one’s I’ve stuck with, because they’re not as expensive and still have good quality! :) Also this piece is so cute! Great work! 🤩

I can. Ohuhu colors are less vibrant and clearly have a harder time blending (not to mention the obvious feathering that caused the ink to go past the line art border). If it weren’t for the price, Copic would absolutely be the winner. Their marker quality is still unmatched till this say

I found copic paler but a softer tone, I felt some of the Ohuhu were over saturated, it’s a beautiful drawing with either pen tho

Copics are more expensive but looks as if it has better blending qualities. It's a softer look and more accurate with translating the shadows and depth tones. Ohuhu, less expensive but the colors look more intense in some cases or oversaturated to a point of bleeding, that the paper looks drowned with ink. Flesh tone and shadows translated better with accuracy on the Copics side than Ohuhu (check the eyes closely and you can see the difference). I've worked with a few alcohol based marker brands. Copics are great, Prismacolor are good too. I'm also going to try this brand just to make a comparison for my own studies.

Yes, but Copics are used by comic book creators all over the world so they’re meant to be amazing quality. Ohuhu is a good alternative, but when I checked last fall they were as expensive as Copics for some reason. I’m using CaliArt brand to practice and they don’t blend as easily as these 😢

I like both on different parts. Like, I like Ohuhu more on her accessories, but the hair and eyes is more Copic. Also more Copic with the lips and blending!

It depends on the colors some looks soft and some looks vibrant on both sides. To me they both looks good and either marker is a good choice.

The only difference is ohuhu bleed a bit on the eye, but it’s not always happen Can you test “Sanjoki” its what i use but I dunno how they compare to the more expensive ones

I like the Copic Markers more, They seem to have less of a problem with bleeding and are more saturated!! The Ohuhu markers seem to bleed a lot and the colors- the purple is a lot more saturated than the rest of the colors for some reason and it looks strange. There’s also a problem with bleeding.

Copic is very alive and colorful while ohuhu has more dark and saturated colors but overall both look great😁

Ohuhu has even more color variation now. I’m slowly investing in copics but ohuhu is a great place to start for cheap quality

The right side is more vibrant, with a larger range of colors for less money. I just got my ohuhus in the mail a couple days ago.

I personally prefer Copic. There’s more vibrancy and the colors blend really well. They basically melt together.

the copic colours are (in my opinion) nicer to look at, but you can see the ohuhu markers the blending is nicer especially in the hair

The Copic is more warm and smooth and the ohuhu is more pigmented and vibrant depends on what your drawing or the vibe your trying to get with the colors
