What's sad is that what happened to the lady who called doesn't happen in real life, the caller gets the soft treatment always
@grandlethal1813

As a mexican I actually saw this one time, this white lady called the police on a black guy cause he got in the car with a white girl even tho they were a couple and she thought she was a minor and to me she almost did look like a minor but from a distance and when I got close she was definitely an adult and they were holding hands when I passed them up and I went to the lady and I said ma'am they're a couple leave them alone and I went to the black guy and asked if he was OK and I said sorry you went through this, and hope you guys have a good day. And they were really chill that I actually see them from time to time
@heatherpierce9123
@heatherpierce9123 Жыл бұрын
As a Parent, I can get where another adult might be concerned about a child's safety & well being...but if you're uncertain about a situation, it's best not to automatically assume the worst, or that someone is in danger & try to learn more first about what's happening in front of you. This woman could've handled this situation much better & with a different approach by speaking to the little girl directly, or to the gentleman responsible for her care. You should never make something seem like something it's not. Genuine concern is fine, but when you go out of your way to cause trouble for innocent people, that's a whole different thing! Children act up often, it doesn't mean that she was held against her will. It simply meant in this case that she was upset because she wasn't getting her way. If you don't know, just ask! I'm sure this sitter would've appreciated her concern & been glad to explain that he was babysitting for a friend. This way, no police involved or innocent people dealing with unnecessary consequences for doing what they are supposed to be doing! I did also sense racial profiling here too, which was offensive. If the adult male wasn't black, would she still be reporting this scenario? Treat others how you want to be treated!❤️ Thanks Vid Chronicles!

@Laura Nasewytewa honey but that's not the case all the time black people are allowed to babysit any type of child of any race that also goes for white people this was about race there have been black men who have had the police called on them for babysitting white children because another person assumed that child was in danger without talking to the child or talking to the adult
@anonymousanonymous2577
@anonymousanonymous2577 Жыл бұрын
@Laura Nasewytewa first of all sweetheart I'm not 8 years old I'm 31 years old and I'm far from a foolish child so don't try to insult my intelligence second I'm a mother with children I wouldn't dare assume that another person is kidnapping someone else's child without asking questions third the little girl wasn't reluctant to go with him obviously you didn't pay attention to the same thing that everyone else watched the reason why she said no no no is because she didn't want to go to the corner that's why. Fourth if I was 8 years old I would be in school you sound dumb I wouldn't be on KZfaq today is Wednesday it's a school day my 9-year-old child is at school. You see how you made assumptions about my age and called me a child when all you had to do was ask me if I was a child you made an ass out of yourself by calling me a child when clearly it's 8:44 in the morning all children are at school or either doing Virtual School.

There are instances where you observe things similar to this and it is important to ask questions. A few years ago while out shopping, I observed a white man with a small Latino boy. The boy kept trying to get away from the man, and was clearly scared. After hearing him screaming a few times, I approached shop staff and pointed out what was going on. The man was questioned and the police were called. It turned out that the man had snatched the boy from his parents. I'm so glad that I noticed what was going on!

I might not be a person of color, I know how it feels to be judged so quickly. An employee kept watching me as I wondered around a dollar tree, trying to pick a candy, and she assumed I was trying to steal. Then she caught looking again and she just went and kicked me out. Wanted to lash out at her, telling her that I'm autistic. But I didn't want any trouble so I got out. Then I came back in with my mother and she told that same employee about my autism. As me me, my mom and my aunt were leaving the store, my mom was glaring at her. So I can pretty much understand how that feels

I can see the point of her feeling the girl was in danger. I would have brought the person who was to watch my child to them. Let everyone see that l transfered care of my child to this person so there is no room for misunderstanding.
