Dude, saying they are trying to provoke a reaction is ridiculous. They just want respect to be shown towards them. They can't force someone to act the way they do in front of the camera. I do think accountability for all kind of over did it although (I know Mary scoffed at him but I just don't think it's a good idea to stoop down to her level). But I wasn't there. And also Honoryouroath has already mentioned how silly it is for a cop to say he is being baited. Cops bait people all the time with their sting operation. If they think what Honoryouroath is doing is baiting. Just obey the law. Wanting someone to respect your rights is not provoking or baiting.

She called Josh "Honey", & "Buddy" in a condescending way. She said she doesn't have to be polite & she "can be however she wants" right in front of the Director Tonya standing there looking at her! The woman who expects special privileges as in not being recorded because she is starting her own business (that's a special privilege in itself) & needs to realize that anyone can get the footage from the libraries cameras above her. I don't think she is entitled to special treatment. We The People can't ask the library to turn their cameras off.

It blows my mind how every single police department nationwide doesn't have a weekly briefing about auditing, the purposes of auditing, and how auditing is a good thing because it holds them accountable, on their best behavior and to always do the right thing. Like Josh said, One of the main problems with police is the dispatchers. They are not asking enough detailed questions from the callers about what exactly is going on. Is there a LAW being broken or do you just need a Wambulance. 😭

The only way to change Mary's attitude is give them a lot of calls and claims about her behavior with the public. She has to understand that she is a public servant, and has to serve, not give attitude. So, time to claim

I'm sorry to say Josh... But both these cops weren't acting genuine to me buddy... My spider senses were tingling watching these two... They tried to act right... But there was definitely something fishy about their demeanor... And every so often their masks slipped... I wouldn't trust these two cops as far as i could throw them. 👌

Just because these uniformed jackwagons are acting friendly, they still attempt to give you orders, accuse you of looking for a reaction, accuse you of filming kids and scaring women. Gas-lighting passive-aggressive childish behavior. They just have to belittle you and what you're doing... never trust these public serpents. They make mountains out of mole hills and create imaginary criminal scenarios because they think we're all guilty of something. They've got a long way to go to bridge the gap to earn our trust... If they ever care to. Gotta lose their "us vs them" mentality first.

Yes, it was a TYPICAL cop interaction...LOTS OF PRETENDING by the Sergeant that he is a nice, decent, reasonable cop WHILE HE WAS BUSY TRYING MANY WAYS to verbally copsplain his way to getting people exercising their rights to SUBMIT to him. Smart and wise people see it RIGHT AWAY whenever cops attempt to do it, and their behavior is always DISGUSTING to watch!
