Hey Lack~Luster >> If knowing the law were important...Umm, how many hours in school would a cadet need to do AND how many hours does any law enforcement school require to become an Officer? After taking those many hours of LAW Training, what/how many Exams are required in order to be allowed to be a Cop? Hair Stylists must complete over 1,000 hour of school & take several tests to be able to cut hair -n- finger nails SO I'll ask you again; How much law training does any Cadet take? Seriously, probably not many or enough. Besides, we see them adding/stacking extra charges on to people & say, "Let the courts sort it out". That infers that they don't know, nor care, that they properly charge a person but moreover they've got to write out their reasons for the charges on police reports knowing they may lie to affix the charges to someone = this is perjury. ANPR (automatic number plate recognition) is a British police invention which we've hade for decades, and you only have the 1st generation systems over there. We have the 2nd generation that also links to facial recognition systems and traffic flow monitoring systems. This allows for remote tracking of any vehicle and occupants. ... I'm sure your police will be introducing them I the next few years too. Big Brother Watch is the main organisation in the UK opposing this surveillance iif you want more info.

I've heard that passengers who are on parole do, in fact, have to ID. This is a condition of the parole, not any other laws. Again, this is what I've heard.

Well yes and no, I think overall they need MORE than that, to charge someone however, Obstruction by FORCE like using a item to actually obstruct needs to be valid (i.e. knife/gun/car), RESISTING should NEVER be a chargeable offense, since Resisting is natural in human biology. You resist by either "not doing something" or "by doing something". I think overall it requires MORE than just those two items put together before you can be charged for them. (which btw is what it is SUPPOSED to be for).

Until they have a bad encounter or watch these videos (and acknowledge there is a problem), they will continue to back the blue. I know people who, on the surface, may agree problems exist but still fall into the "obey cops" mentality. Until they are in a situation where they comply and still get violated, they will defend cops. Critical thinking skills are lacking in all areas of society, including the cops.

This channel has uploaded a vid where a cop actually defended a persons rights. It was quite amazing to see. But unfortunately it’s rare and not how most police act.

"If you're in a situation with an officer and you think it's inappropriate, comply with the officer and complain later" Wonder if he would tell his daughter that if she was in a situation with a male cop and he got really touchy with his daughter as he "searched her body for drugs" yea sweetheart just let him touch you wherever he wants and don't complain about it.

It's up to the victim to ''complain'', knowing full well that complaint means nothing. He knows, it is just more punishment for the victim. Worse he is fine with that. Chief should be fired.
