Was it the McDonalds employee who called the cops? Or that guy out on the sidewalk? I can see the employees calling the cops for them going behind the counter. But not only did they NOT tell them to leave, but they actually were going to give them the meal for free when they found out they were making a video but they insisted on paying anyway. Which they did. So why would the employees tell the cops they tried to run and not pay for it?

I DO think it would hold up in court though. At least the stealing food part. They clearly paid for the food right at the register where everyone else pays. Its not like they did it behind the counter or as an afterthought which could have confused people. I mean, just think about it. Like SIX cops and handcuffs for $8 worth of nuggets and fries which cost McDonalds, which is worth about 195 billion dollars, about a buck! Meanwhile on the other side of town, someone is probably getting robbed, mugged or raped!
