How do you guys get away with this? I was merely trying to get away from a tailgater while I was riding my bike and I got a misdemeanor complaint from a cop. He told me that he lets other motorcyclists go when he pulls them over and he admitted to me that he knows cars go faster than the speed limit. He told me not to ride a motorcycle if I can't go the speed limit at all times; even when I'm being tailgated. I mean shouldn't the tailgater get ticketed for tailgating a motorcycle?

@@GiaNt_TaLOn videotaping is not illegal, it is a first amendment protected activity. also, the supreme court has ruled that electronic information/data is protected under the forth amendment. They would need a court ordered warrant or subpoena to view the content of the video recorder.

You guys are going to get it. We had to learn the hard way too. Eventually, you will get caught just like we did. Then, they will throw the book at you with a lot of fines. It catches up with you. You can still ride and satisfy the law at the same time. Some are dead now because they didn’t listen either.You will be too. Look, I love riding a lot but speeding 175 and breaking the law catches up with you.

You should cover up all your tats when doing this as its marks they can identify, also, same with your helmet, it should have a darker face piece so your face is not seen.. especially when you put video of it on line.. glad to see the guy who dumped his bike to be able to get back on it and ride it... ahem x2.. @@michaelbrinks8089 I feel you bro, but the truth is most towns or cities won't issue permits for any motorcycle events whatsoever. They'll shut down miles of road for a marathons, concerts, bicycle events, food festivals, parades, politicians/celebrities funeral perception, or fireworks display. But absolutely NO MOTORCYCLE EVENTS, and if you want 200 or 2,000 motorcycles to get through an intersection without someone dieing, you HAVE to block cross traffic. The Green light is only on for ~30 seconds and you're not getting 500 bikes through in that little amount of time. It's really all about safety at the end of the day, despite what BS most police departments or politicians might say.

This behaviour provokes the cops, it cannot be condoned by anyone with half a brain, i rode bikes for 25 yrs but it never entered my biker brain to do what i just seen, The guy with the female passenger that video'd most of this needs his licence removed for life, he was putting her life at risk, one day when you perhaps get just a little wiser you will see the errors of your ways, if you happen to grow much beyond what you are, driving contraflow is just totally unacceptable America can fix the problem easily, ban all bikes of known manufacture that behave this way, everyone has a right to safe travel on public roads and you guys are denying them that right, You have many race tracks in your country, guys book the place out and go mad, without disturbing the peace, i am sure the police have better things to do than babysit you guys out on your unruly rides, running red lights, running stop signs, travelling contraflow is WRONG, You would be screaming blue murder if your family member or friends were injured by a biker or car driver for doing this

I love the video. I love the raw look in the life. This is a great look at a real ride. Most of the commenters, 80% I'm guessing from all the whining and complaining are not true riders. They only like to watch it like they watch movies and dream about it. Real riders get it. Great job.

Why oh why do the police draw their weapon and aim at the biker he's trapped? Do these type of guys generally carry guns? Any of them ever shot at a cop? Doubtful. They know it's a bluff. They can't shoot a guy who runs from the cop for traffic violation. I mean, they can. And do. But that's what all the other GoPro's were for.
