An Message to every baby beginner Artist,If your art looks bad then dont give up,practice is your best friend when it comes to art i mean its obvious that good artists couldnt draw perfect from beginning but from time to time and practicing they were getting better and eventually made beautiful Art and using references isnt tracing aslong your drawing is made by yourself it isnt tracing,more of an help for example a Character Design or an help how to Draw an limb etc you always make progress while practicing even when you might think you dont I dont think anyone reads this completely but i just wanted to Share something very important to every Artist ❤✨
@EndlessDream-Arts0411 ай бұрын
I still believe that no matter “HOW BAD” you say your art is, it’s always a masterpiece no matter what it is. Now I hate it when the people get hundreds of likes and buys from using mops to do the swirls. OR THE PAINT BUCKET CRAP!!! I think that stuff is STUPID and as an artist that can’t seem to get anywhere, it really hurts seeing that being called beautiful art that’s stupidly overpriced. But yes never give up on art it’s always something fun to be involved in. Follow your passions even when it feels pointless!!! ☺️🤍

When I was a kid, I attended a LOT of professional, private, adult art classes (my parent taught them and had no babysitter, so I grew up attending these classes a couple times a week for like a decade, sometimes following along, sometimes reading in the corner, sometimes being the 'gopher' and refilling the paint water or handing out canvases or whatever, it was a big part of my childhood) and we had something called "transfer paper". It was literally this, but the paper was kinda thin and waxy on one side, so you could see through it a bit and trace sketches from paper, and put them on a canvas or mural. It's not cheating at all, it's a genuine art technique! (So long as you are transferring your own sketches if you are claiming it is your own work)

Doing this is great, but I suggest not relying on it! There is no right or wrong way to do things, of course, but as I've grown as an artist I've come to learn that drawing little bits of the eye then doing the other side is best. It makes it much easier to compare and duplicate, for example, start with the upper lid, then do the other upper lid, it makes it so much easier to map out and duplicate! Good luck everyone
