Don't mix in the marshmallow cream, fold it straight from the jar into the soft and mixed cream cheese, sugar mixture and it will be thicker. Marshmallow cream gets runny if you stir or mix it to much. I have a frosting recipe where you whip whipping cream up with powdered sugar until the whipping cream is on the stiff side and then fold in the marshmallow cream and it comes out thick enough to spread without running.

Who needs CRUMBL? Ha! Overpriced and look y’all making your own now and don’t have to wait half a day wondering if they have something or not. This looks like a great cookie to try. Great recipe and review.

I love watching you and Kevin cook and bake different recipes. It is one of my favorite videos to watch besides hearing all your honest reviews on other products. I have tried so many different recipes and or food products after watching them. Also doing copy cat Crumbl is such a great idea and very cost effective!

I woukd have to make these much, much smaller for our family and friends… but the cookie part sounds so good!!! I love graham cracker… I have tempered white chocolate and added it to frosting to help it firm up… might be worth trying? 😀

Considering the $$$ saved, I think they are just fine Tami! 😄 I know if I went to someone's house, I'd appreciate a homemade cookie WAY more than one they just went out and bought. Also, I think you should invest in some Nordic Ware big sheets! They're fantastic. They give you plenty of space for Crumbl-sized cookies. 😁

You did such a great job! They Sound delicious. I’m the same as you and always scooped too big and could never get the right amount of servings. When I need a specific amount of cookies I either weigh the full amount of dough then divide to get the weight of each serving or dump it out and make a circle or square and cut even squares or slices.

I don’t know why I was never taught to weigh all the dough. It makes all the difference!

These turned out well. I wonder if you stick the dough in the freezer and bake straight from the freezer if the cookie wouldn’t spread as much. Cookie, caramel, cream cheese marshmallow icing, can’t really go wrong 😊. Thanks for the review and recipe.

To make the frosting firm put it in the freezer and then let it sit out for maybe 5-15 mins and it should hold its shape on the cookie (tips from an ex crumbl employee lol)

@@TamiDunn it actually might be the fridge! Haha my bad typo. Let the frosting sit in the fridge for an hour or two (in a piping bag). Then take it out, if it’s hardened just microwave it for 30 seconds (or more if needed) or let it sit out for 5-15 mins. And it should keep the shape on the cookie! Unless the cookie is warm

Be honest with why no more crumbl reviews. They’ve always been expensive and that never stopped you before. And you didn’t get them free always, yet you still did the reviews. Why all of a sudden? Be honest with your viewers we deserve the truth!

@@kathypickens3309 it’s 100% not the money. They have always been pricey! They used to get free cookies for awhile. But even after that they still paid for awhile. They spend money on Aton of other items. It’s not the money. I think they are just salty with crumbl that they don’t get free cookies anymore IMO

Crumbl paying for them made it worth the effort to go over there - it’s a 20 minute drive- so 40 minutes round trip. They were VERY RARELY ever ready on time - which is annoying as can be. I’ve said it before- if McDonald’s didn’t have it together when the doors opened each day, people would stop going. Well, we stopped going.

I stopped going to crumble cuz I get tired of paying $5 for a cookie that's under baked I don't know why people like that but it's disgusting

@@TamiDunn you got that right,, might be able to overlook it if they baked those cookies completely, i dont like the soggy cookies, you can tell just by looking at them when you cut them in 1/2 and you can see the wetness of the cookie , i just cannot stand that.. so I quit
