In the video, I heard you say something about the pads saving you quite a few times and if I’m not mistaken, stingy Said that he tapes his on. I was having trouble getting one of these to stick on the Acrobrat. I was cutting two of them and have to use at each half for each corner and I kept rubbing them off because there’s not a lot of surface. But on a 5 inch or a 6, or 7 there is plenty of surface for the adhesive to stick to. To solve this for myself, I took one and cut it in half which was small enough for my 163 mm and I took a pair of needle nose pliers and poked a hole through the center which was plenty big enough to stick the Zip tie through the middle of the foam and wrap it under the motor wire. After not losing any for quite a few landings, I actually incorporated that same idea on my 5 inch. By going through the middle and not on the bottom, even if I land on the pads with forward momentum, the zip ties are never touching the surface of the road or anything. The zip ties that I am using our only 1/8 thick by 4 inches long which is plenty strong enough and obviously cutting off the access.

Hey there. I been working with plastics and have a good knowledge about PC (Polycarbonate). If the PV isn't prtected against UV-light, it will break after a few months. But if there was no Sun, it is just a bad quality. Maybe there is some recycled PC in there too. But the bending of those plastic is normal. If you will overbend those props, it will take a new form.

About polycarbonate props: this material as most of the polymers absorbs water and becomes fragile (that's my practice knowledge of 3d printer owner). The only way to return flexibility is to dry the plastic in a fruit dryer or in the oven

+Joshua Bardwell You should store your props in zipper bags and push all the air out and they will keep the flexibility of the material MUCH longer. (the softener evaporates over time. the less contact they have to air the slower the softeners vanish)
