I'm his good friend who filmed this.. to answer your questions he got a DUI when he was blackout drunk and they tacked on an "assault on an officer" charge as he was drunk and put up a fight with the cops. Basically he had a choice to go do time now or wait and do time later in a harder type of jail. Obviously he chose now so he can knock out his time and just be done with all the dumb drama. Copy is a really good dude who battles many demons that stem mostly from his loss of the closest people to him in this world. He's beating those demons and he's already beaten his substance abuse issues that were a result of his pains. He's outgrown a lot of things he used to be, and he was only those things as a defense mechanism for his pain, loss and his life as a white rapper. Theres a lot more to his story that will be told in an upcoming documentary we are working on, but his future is so bright it's insane. He's going to explode on many platforms including music and he's venturing into some comedic and acting rolls through film and video as well.. so keep an eye out for him. He's been slept on long enough and he's gonna come out of his jail time even more focused and motivated than ever.

He's only getting months in jail for an assault on an officer??? I'm in Ohio and did 18 months in the joint Lancaster for that charge... don't see how he managed that. Assault on an officer is a felony so you either get probation (with a good lawyer and good record) or you go to the joint.
