Today’s open cup pour turned out in a very unexpected composition. Yellow, gold, and crimson red created super-bright accents on blues - totally makes me think of tropical seas and joyful coral reefs! And the dancing movement created with the open cup is so much fun, I’m definitely gonna play with it more! If you’d like to achieve a lot of joyful movement in composition and easy cells without silicone, then the open cup technique is a must-try!

Olga not only does it look like a beautiful sea floor or exquisite fishtank setup but I see a colorful angel fish in there. I think each time I watch you do this process I like it better than your last one. I have yet to to try it... waiting for my cookie cutters to come but excited to try. I ended up watching this twice! The cells were so nice and the swirling effect, with the tinge of red and yellow was a nice touch! So glad you do this. Oh, and I love it when a small accident happens and you just go with it-sometimes a solemn look, other times laughter. Dragonfly was a fine descriptive word. The movement you utilize, especially when you get your own fingers in a pouring, is like magic. You didn't do it her, used the cookie cutter and blowing but when I saw you r fingers "dancing" through some pours, I was hooked on that technique! Thank you!
