Coral Sea Waterworld Review| Sharm el Sheikh, EGYPT | Splashworld TUI First Choice Waterpark Holiday

Today Savilles' Travels takes you to Sharm el Sheikh in Egypt, staying at Coral Sea Waterworld with TUI. This hotel boasts its own Waterpark and is situated by the Red Sea. We stayed for 7nts All Inclusive in a standard room.

The Hotel is dated with some modern updates throughout. It's a great value for money option. Plus the Sun is almost guaranteed to shine!
POSITIVES
The waterpark is within the complex
One pool is heated in the cooler months
The resort is on the beach with its own jetty
Ice cream is available at lunch or Fromm the waterpark snack bar
The Italian was lovely - Great steak!
Waiter service around the pool with such limited waiting time
They made a massive effort to make Christmas special
Clean throughout
Great Service from all the staff
We felt very safe with the covid measures
NEGATIVES
Open beach area so can be very windy
No snorkelling directly off the beach like other resorts
Food quality
Lack of good evening entertainment and atmosphere
Beds are uncomfortable (but I asked for soft pillows and got them)
Waterpark is not heated so dry cold in December
The gym is basic and not all equipment works

Hi we are visiting the coral sea holiday village in July is this a separate water park or did they put add more slides to existing ones? I’m confused or are they 2 separate hotels?

This was Coral Sea Waterworld which has the Waterpark in the grounds. The holiday village must be a separate hotel

There is a long coastline, you can walk along the path through other hotels. I’ve heard that snorkelling to the right down further within another hotel the snorkelling isn’t bad. In front of this hotel there is not much to see at all. The food was pretty good..not the best I’ve had all inclusive but by far not the worst. I’m gluten and dairy free so always more difficult for me but the chef was happy to help. I’m basing my opinion on the food from what my family ate and not me. I hope that helps a bit

Im here now and it’s a 20 minute drive from the hotel, it has good kids entertainment and is overall an amazing place to go, 9/10 already have recommended to my parents

Hi, it was warm enough to sunbath but took a while to get hot enough. I’d say sunbathing between 10am-3pm. Definitely can get a tan, it was lovely to get some sunshine at this time of year. Personally I like it really hot, just got back from Dubai and it was 45 degrees!!

Ye tunisia 3 times and now a 3rd to Egypt. We love Africa. The people are amazing. And the weather is phenomenal. Majorca for a week 1st in July. Can't wait.

Don’t deal with Spa center at all. They cheat us at the first day and we pay too much money for nothing. They will speak with you by the pool at first day. Don’t go with them. The staff is good round the please but not Spa center

The water was freezing!!! They had one pool heated though which was great. Sea and other pools were too cold for me. I don’t mind if a pool is cold if the air temperature is high but this time of year I prefer to just lay in the sun. My son went in the pool lots though

@@bluemotion4575 enjoy! I love the Red Sea, you can do a lovely long walk along the coastal path of you turn right by the beach. It goes through other hotels but security are happy to let through if you show your all inclusive band. I enjoyed doing this early morning before breakfast as the gym isn’t great, gave me some exercise and lovely being by the sea

hello this will be my first family holiday with a 7 and 8 year old both girls its so hard to choose somthing as photos and such do not give acurate image of what its actually like is there any destinations and hotels (all inclusive with some kind of slides at the hotel and a nice beach near by with some kind of evening entertainment near by for when the hotel gets boring ) mayb im seeking to much but i start to serch for things and just get lost in it all id like some actual feedback from people who have been to place thank you for your time

I can only give you my opinion...I've been to Egypt a lot of times in All Inclusive hotels. This was prob the worst....it's not bad but just nothing special. I got what I paid for so I was happy - a very cheap Christmas getaway, I expected nothing more the food or drinks/service or entertainment because I'd paid so little. I would choose other hotel over this if you can afford more. If you can't then you'll have a great holiday with guaranteed sunshine

@@omerrushdy5530 We stayed at kzfaq.info/get/bejne/j86babCkzrq9aJc.html this hotel and it was much better on in my opinion. Others in Egypt were some time ago now so hard for me to recommend. The Sensatori was great but stayed there about 8yra ago! Reef Oasis Blue bay was lovely - we stayed when it was brand new and had only just opened. Club Fanara had excellent snorkelling 🤿 but again a long time ago. Best snorkelling I encountered in Egypt was at Braka Bay. I’ve stayed at some others but nothing worth mentioning.

Hi, what can I say…. Honestly…. It’s terrible! Most the machine (running and bike) didn’t work and the weight machines didn’t have pins on most of them! I went in to do some hiit and weight workouts in the mornings, I follow an online video so it was fine for what I needed. No mats so take a towel as the floor is pretty grim! There are a mixture of free weights. There was never anyone in there when we stayed in December. No air-con and hottest part of the hotel during our stay. I’m not selling it!! 😂

It was between 18-23 degrees most days. We had one chilly day but generally warm enough for sunbathing 10am-3pm. I went walking in shorts and T-shirt at 8am most mornings. It was windy though which always makes it feel slightly cooler. I’ve been to Egypt before in December and it wasn’t windy and 25 degrees each day so the pools and Waterpark then become more useable. One pool was heated which helped.
