Other than the annoying buzzing noise, this is one of the best interviews with Neil Gaiman I have seen. And I must be honest, I search for Neil Gaiman interviews on a regular basis.

A lot of people make the comparison between Mr. Gaiman and the actor that played Prof. Snape. Some think they look similar. :D

@AnimeAddict258 Umm no you're not I just turned 20 and I first heard about the Sandman series in 2003 when they re-released the books with new covers or something. I loved the series just wish it had been longer and hopefully he can write the endless characters in a novel. That's why I love reading American Gods because some of the characters are in there too.

I belive he have made Dream like himself, if Dream was not a fictional character, he would be mr. Gaiman.

i think dream in terms of physical looks was based on gaiman by the first artist (not sure, i might be remembering wrong)... but personality-wise, i think dream is much more persistently gloomy than any human could ever be!

You may be confusing 'pretentiousness' with 'ability to tackle large themes'. It happens.
