Dr. Loice Swisher co-founded the National Physician Suicide Awareness Day in 2018 as co-chair of the CORD Resilience Committee. NPSA Day was designed as a time to share stories and practices to shine a light and speak its name. She has become an advocate for physician suicide prevention sharing her own story of hope and recovery from a suicidal crisis.
