yes but use geared dc motor with high torque Primarily that relates to speed. Food processors operate at around 1,700 revolutions per minute, while blenders start at around 17,000 rpm and can go even higher than 30,000 thats rpm no load rpm. aliexpress is the store. you can also find portable cordless blender very cheap but never satisfying as one built with own hands. good luck body

or you could just choose a bldc motor that is 18v and high speed also. or just gear up the motor 4:1

It's way too weak, but there's nothing wrong with the voltage or the amount of power the battery can provide, the motor's output speed is just too slow, if i'm corect it's around 6000rpm, where the original motor is 24 000rpm.
