This session was intense but also over before you realise it. I love these kinds of workouts where you're not counting down the whole time but just enjoying the feeling of moving you're body well and stabel, perfect to start my day I'm full of energy now!

I have never tried Pilates before. And I think this video although very hard and beyond my experience made me want to learn more Pilates. Thank you. Very well put together, good explanation, Paced enough for a beginner who can at least start to learn. Directions are phenomenal. Here is shouting out from California. Thank you!

I was diagnosed with Papillary Thyroid Cancer the fall of 2019, i'm currently in recovery from two surgeries and radiation treatment. I used to workout twice a day, it was my passion and therapy. I love fitness and health, two years ago I did Whole30 and it changed my whole perspective on "diet" and weight loss. I'm currently in a really challenging and sad head space, I honestly never expected to be where I am right now mentally, I definitely thought the storm was behind me. I just did this workout, I would usually see a video like this and give some excuse to do it later, but I didn't give myself the option this time. Thank you Sarah for putting your life on the internet and encouraging viewers like us to become the better version of ourselves that hiding under the pain and suffering

Hey bro your mates don't understand how much endurance pilates require yea sure you won't bench 300lbs doing pilates but it does keep your body fit and the exercises are great for all age groups

I could not love this more! Holy crap I'm so excited for tonight's workout with this video 😃 I love working out but core/ab have become repetitive and not as effective after so many years of training. I also have multiple injuries that still aren't completed fixed and fibromyalgia, so workouts are hard to find that I can do all the time with my limitations. I can't afford pilates but I've been dyyiinnggg to try so this is wonderful! Please please do more together. You're both gems ❤ love from Hawaii

I literally had to skip SO MUCH of this video because I just couldn't keep up... and it still took me 35 mins to finish 😅 My goal is to be able to do the full 20 mins in one go before January 1st!!

This was…unbelievable. I’ve been working out for 6 years steady now and have NEVER had as good of a burn and being able to feel my muscles working as I have in this workout. Incredible incredible INCREDIBLE!! Please do more workouts like this.

OMG SARAH this helped me so much I injured my back a year ago and still get pain and I have been told one of the BIGGEST things I need to focus on for recovery is strengthening my core BUT NO ONE EVER GIVES ME MOVEMENTS TO HELP DO THAT!!! thank you X10000 xx

This was a great Pilates workout! The tips of keeping my shoulder blades off the ground, pretending there was on apple between my chin and chest, and keeping ribs on the ground with a blueberry sized gap between the lumbar and the mat were incredibly useful! Made it much easier for me understand proper technique & engage my abdominals better. Thank you!

Loved this. Ive come back and done this twice now and plan to come back every week and follow along. I'm a beginner so appreciated that you showed the 'modified' versions otherwise I would have struggled and probably hurt my lower back trying to keep up.

Omg lol when I first saw this I was like "yes just what I need!" and I literally gave up and died after 5 mins. I dont consider myself out of shape at all as I am very active but I guess my core sucks. I really appreciated the thourough explanation though! Somestimes I find it hard to "engage" the right muscles.

I absolutely loved this video, such an intense workout and wasn't expecting to sweat so much. My hips\lower back was in a bit of a pain so really trying to strengthen my core. Thank you and I would love more pilates based workouts xx

That was awesome, thank you! I love pilates and been doing it for 3 years now but I just found out that I have scoliosis and been in a lot of pain... Now i'm almost back to zero for my flexibility. This is my first pilates vid since then and it helped a lot! Proud of myself for finishing this entire vid without any pain!

I absolutely loved this work out, I have never done Pilates before & now I have I really enjoyed it. Thank you so much I shall definitely be doing this again and more Pilates. Would just love to see more of you two doing more Pilates routines. Thank you to you both 👯‍♀️💖

Omg im SO happy you made another workout video, i LOVE all your previous ones but its so nice to get some variety!! Please make more of these pilates ones and maybe like a sculpt (tone) full body workout because they are amazing and summer bod time is coming quick😅😅 I also think the exercises focused on a ballerina type tone is amazing! It’s so hard to motivate myself now that in-person fitness classes are put on hold but your videos are always so fun and interactive that I think they’ll get me through this time :) thanks so much and stay happy and healthy💖💖💖
