No problem thanks for asking I use a Iwata HPC top fed airbrush it ranges around $190 the thing is the last forever you just change the needle and tip once a year at least I do you can do the same exact thing without an airbrush by using an artist brush by dry brushing and glazing with water down paint to create a glowing effect you don't necessarily need an airbrush I use one for speed on KZfaq videos it would take a little longer using artist brushes but you can get the same effect if you buy cheap airbrush you're just going to get frustrated and any compressor will do as long as it's quiet but again you're better off just using artist brushes just look at KZfaq videos on dry brushing and glazing color hope this helps 💥🚀🤙
