Ну конечно он молодец, т.к. регулярно тренируется, держит форму, следит за борьбой на руках, организм ещё позволяет переносить такие нагрузки. А вот Воевода на удивление почему-то немного протух мозгами. В 2004-05 годах, когда он готовился под Брзенка, он поумнее был и знал, что надо делать. Видимо депутатская работа плохенько влияет на рассудок, вот он и просрал (другого слова здесь нет).

Джон очень мудрый человек. Джон понимал, что нельзя забирать все шесть раундов себе, потому как это морально раздавило бы Алексея, поэтому Джон отдал Алексею два раунда, переведя борьбу в удобные для Алексея углы, таким образом Джон сделал жест доброй воли. Что касается Воеводы, то он просто переоценил свои силы и недооценил Брзенка, который в свои года ещё даёт просраться молодым чемпионам!

В том то и дело, что Брезенк не дает просраться молодым чемпионам и поэтому Воевода решил, что и он может как Цыпленков ворваться спустя долгий перерыв, начав сразу с Джона, но Джон все это время не ебланил и не бросал арм как Воевода, поэтому исход был очевиден. Воеводе надо было начать с кого-то полегче, поучаствовать в наших турнирах, потратить год-два на восстановление формы, а не бросаться сразу на амбразуру. Надеюсь, Воевода, проиграв, снова не забьет болт и не бросит арм.

Such a legendary win. Remember Alexey was the man who ended John's 22-year unbeaten streak, where John had won like 500 tournaments. John was 40 then and Alexey was 24. Now John at 59 years old avenges his defeat. Amazing

He's an old tank. If it wasn't for the fact that Toddzilla could drop to 95 kilos I would like to see John give that lane a go. He wouldn't even need to trim down much. Trim 10 pounds off of your walking weight and then a 10 pound water weight cut and he's there. Rehydrate to 220 for the matches. I want to see him against Paul.

@@dvs6121 Its absolutely fair because its a tournament now does luck play a factor? of course literally anyone can get injured at any time especially in tournaments like that where you pull many in one day, but bottom line its an equal playing field and a 100 percent legit victory for Alexey back on that day at that event.

Это всё потому, что Брзенк не тащит на бицуху по 140 кг и не доводит свой вес до 2-х центнеров, не жонглирует гантелями по 50 кг и не проводит дни в спортзале. Он просто и методично с 14-ти лет (или с 10) спаррингует, спаррингует и спаррингует. Смотрю докум.фильмы про него на английском и любительские ролики, записанные у него дома, во дворе и на раёне)) Человек этим ЖИВЕТ, он не мыслит себя без борцовского стола и без армрестлинга, отсюда и такое спортивное долголетие. Молодежь, разные чемпионы и силачи приходят и уходят, уже и имен их никто не помнит, а Джон Брзенк все тот же, лишь поседевший и чуть погрузневший всё так же ставит локоть на стол и протягивает желающим свою "каменную ладонь" 😀 И кстати из "амеров" то же самое можно сказать и про Тодда Хатчингса, и про Рона Бэса.

В чем конкретно заключается "не спортивное" поведение Воеводы? Я внимательно смотрел весь матч и интервью до матча, абсолютно нигде Воевода не сказал ни одного худого слова Джону или про Джона. Наоборот Алексей показывал только уважение своему старому оппоненту. Не говоря о том, что Воевода боролся абсолютно честно без всяких там уловок, как это любит делать Девон Ларратт. Тезис про "под 60 лет" вообще не понял, если честно. Во-первых, в армрестлинге хватает возрастных атлетов, во-вторых, Джон - особенный. ОН живет армрестлингом, для него стол - это часть его самого, а не просто стремление к какому-то результату, как у многих. Поэтому он способен достигать удивительных результатов.

He studies different philosophies and has a pretty good grasp on his mental and spiritual health. I think that, without a true love for the sport, he may not want to dedicate his time and energy to becoming great again.

Matt Rhodes said it would be a week after the match, which would have still been long. But to upload it almost 2 weeks later after we had been searching for it every day finding nothing official seems dumb. The excitement has almost entirely died out now. There were poor quality uploads of it with half the match missing before so i just sadly had to watch those. This match was insanely hyped up before the ppv and then the result hyped it up more (imo). This should have had 20x the views it has right now after being uploaded 16 hours ago.

As a absolute Brzenk Fan..i Love to watch him still going. He was the Reason why i started watching Armwrestling. It started when i did research for the Movie "Over the Top". I wanted to know who those Movie Armwrestlers were. Cause some of them looked really crazy and Massive.. I found out it was a real Tournament and the young Skinny one won it. That dude was Brzenk. I Was impressed that he beat all those Monsters.
